The Smart Vending & Field Operations Specialist is a critical role responsible for the installation, maintenance, and optimization of CCAP Cares' advanced automated amenity systems. You will serve as the hands-on expert ensuring our high-tech solutions provide seamless service to institutional facilities and their personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure smart vending kiosks and automated food service hardware across institutional sites.
- Perform regular maintenance and technical troubleshooting to ensure maximum system uptime.
- Monitor real-time inventory levels and cloud-based diagnostics to coordinate replenishment and repairs.
- Collaborate with facility staff to optimize amenity placement and user experience.
- Maintain detailed service logs and technical documentation for all field operations.
Qualifications & Skills
